Visionary Founder
​Visual artist, activist, and visionary behind the HEARTHWORLD FOUNDATION, she brings together creativity, consciousness, and care for the planet. With a background in tourism management and interior design focused on upcycling, she founded Hearthworld as a living project dedicated to reimagining our relationship with the environment. As the driving force behind the initiative, she brought together a remarkable team of experts and visionaries from diverse fields to co-create a platform rooted in sustainability, wellness, and cultural awareness. Through her work, she seeks to nurture well-being, inspire mindful living, and cultivate a collective movement toward a more harmonious and regenerative world.

PABLO GONZALEZ
Founder Investor & Advisor
Founder of the LOS DOS UNO Storytelling Festival and its global creative community, Pablo is deeply passionate about sustainability, culture, and the arts. He is also the Co-Founder of Bitso.com, Latin America’s leading fintech platform, and holds a Bachelor of Media Arts from Emily Carr University.
With over a decade of experience in design, marketing, and product development, Pablo has combined his entrepreneurial vision with a commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Through his multidisciplinary background, Pablo continues to bridge creativity, technology, and purpose — building communities and projects that inspire positive change.

Chief Systems & Community Officer
Daniel brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience across IT, event production, product development, and creative industries. With a degree in Information Technology from the University of Tampa, he specialises in designing systems that connect people, processes, and purpose. Having grown up in intentional communities, he is deeply committed to reimagining socio-economic models and creating environments where creativity and collaboration can thrive. As CSCO, Daniel leads the development of Hearthworld’s operational and technological frameworks while nurturing a regenerative culture that supports residents, artists, and guests alike.​​​

SANTIAGO RUMNEY GUGGENHEIM
Architecture Design Curation
Santiago is set to become the head of the design department at our BIO ARCHITECTURE MUSEUM. His role will involve curating the designs of the constructions, ensuring that they align with the shared vision of sustainability and high artistic standards. With Santiago's expertise in the art world and his passion for creating environmentally conscious spaces, he will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic and functionality of Hearthworld.

PAOLO MONTIEL COPPA
Art & Light Design
Paolo Montiel has a captivating story in lighting design, seamlessly blending art and architecture through digital programming. With his expertise in designing and overseeing large architectural projects and art installations, Paolo has become a leading figure in lighting control and design across Latin America. Renowned as one of the main contributors and collaborators of the MAYAN WARRIOR artistic collective and for working with light artist James Turrell, Paolo will be responsible for designing the lighting and selecting and placing the art sculptures and installations throughout Hearthworld​

Permaculture Advisor
The visionary force behind ENVISION FESTIVAL, Founder & Managing Director of Punta Mona and Alegria Village, epitomizes innovation in permaculture, sustainability, and community development. Renowned as a trailblazer in these fields, Stephen will lend his expertise as the advisor overseeing the permaculture aspects of the project. His invaluable insights promise to infuse the project with a harmonious blend of ecological mindfulness and communal vitality.

Green Development Advisor

More than a prominent figure in European nobility, Anna is a multitalented artist, communicator, and connector with a unique ability to build global networks of collaboration and innovation. Within our team, she serves as an ambassador of our vision and spokesperson for our initiatives, bridging creativity, purpose, and collaboration across cultures. ANTONIO FESTA
Architect
Italian architect, born in Cosenza in the early 1980s, he studied Engineering and Architecture (MSc Program 4/S) at the Università della Calabria. In 2006, he received an Erasmus–Socrates scholarship to attend the Universidade Moderna de Lisboa in Portugal. In 2011, he completed an internship at Cecchetto & Associati in Venice, and in May 2012 he graduated with 110/110 cum laude. Later that year, after obtaining his professional license, he relocated to Berlin.
Over the years, he has collaborated with a range of architecture studios, building expertise across every phase of the design and delivery process—initially as a project manager and later as a construction manager.
He is registered with the Berlin Chamber of Architects and works as a freelance architect in Germany and internationally.

EMILY DIANE COLLINS
Regenerative Impact Consultant
As a founder of RAVE REVOLUTION, Emily’s vision for revolutionary and regenerative impact within the project will ensure socially equitable standards for all members of the community and strict regulations on local and regional ecosystem impact. With over a decade of experience in corporate finance and private equity consulting, she has been a strategic part of developing the financial forecast of the project from the beginning.

LEONARDO SABATINI
Lawyer
Florence-based tax lawyer known for a sharp mind and a grounded, practical approach.
In 2021, he became the youngest “Lawyer of the Year” of the Florence Bar. He has since worked on large-scale Italian real estate matters, where precision and big-picture thinking must move together.
Based at a leading international law firm, his expertise spans real estate, structured finance, and banking/M&A. He’s valued for translating complex legal and financial issues into clear options, aligning stakeholders, and keeping projects moving with reliability and solution-first energy.
